This high intensity, energetic class uses a combination of small isometric moves along with dynamic compound movements that will elevate your heart rate and give you a full body workout. This is not your typical Barre class.

Meet Jennifer Taylor,
the founder of the Empower Method.

Jennifer's passion for fitness began over a decade ago after experiencing a life-changing injury. Her journey toward healing led her to Pilates, where she found not only physical recovery but also a newfound strength. Inspired by her own transformation, Jennifer immersed herself in the world of fitness and healthy living.

After years of dedicated practice and learning, Jennifer became certified in several fitness modalities and nutrition. She began instructing group fitness classes and personal training, discovering her true passion in empowering women through safe and effective movement. Jennifer's classes are known for being high-energy, fun, and inspiring, reflecting her genuine love for helping others achieve their fitness goals.

Today, Jennifer not only teaches but also trains instructors, sharing her knowledge and passion for fitness with others. Join her in the Empower Method and experience the transformative power of movement.
